Andrew was born in Middlesbrough and has lived in Yorkshire all his life. He draws a great deal of inspiration for his paintings from the Dales, Wold villages and Farms throughout the changing seasons. Andrew studied art at Bradford college. Elected a member of the 'British Watercolour Society' and twice selected a prize winner by the Dalesman magazine for the artist whose paintings best reflect the Dales way of life. Andrew now spends his time running his own watercolour classes and exhibiting around the East Yorkshire region.
