Staithes is an artist’s paradise…it is mine! Based in Teesside I visit often and paint many scenes captured during my time there. My work also features local, iconic landscapes of the North East. I have original paintings, giclee prints, greeting cards and mini-canvases which proved popular last year. Robins are also a subject matter close to my heart and my Christmas cards will be available. I paint using acrylics and welcome commissions.

I taught myself to knit when I was a teenager. I love colour, knitting and design and now I am retired use my time to produce home accessories such as cushions, cosies for teapots, coffee pots and bottles alongside childrens jumpers. Living near the sea mean many of my designs reflect that and have a seaside vibe. I have been an integral part of the Staithes Museum team since it opened and sell all my products there.
